Ever since I picked up my first oil pastel, it’s been my favourite tool for storytelling. I love layering colours with my pastels to create richness and texture. The dreamlike, nostalgic quality of my work is achieved through bright colour palettes, calming motifs and a lot of texture.

I’m endlessly inspired by nature. My work is most often in appreciation of beloved places. I am interested in how they change through time and how they remain in our memory.

I am Croatian-Bosnian-Serbian-Canadian, currently living and working in Toronto.
